A studio with a difference
Sitting at the heart of Brunswick Village, above the restaurant SIX, our studio stands proudly as an integral part of Hove’s ‘Health Hub.’ Our delightful studio offers its visitors a place to truly connect, find space, let go, replenish, relax, heal, and strengthen. Upstairs at SIX is a magical place, flooded with light, equipped with tactile props, and a stone’s throw from the beach.
We are proud to have attracted to us a unique team of Yoga and Pilates teachers who, between them, offer students of all levels a varied programme of classes each week. Visitors often remark on the positive vibes this welcoming space offers. Our studio is also available for hire.
